This app allows you to quickly and accurately obtain a number of required parameters for gentamicin calculations, such as Ideal Body Weight (IBW), Corrected Weight (CDW), and Creatinine clearance (CrCl) using the Cockcroft-Gault equation.

Also included are weight and height conversion tables, and a Hartford nomogram for level interpretation.
